For Kruger, the Corporate Social Responsibility actions represent the commitment with the environment to generate well-being to those who are part of it. It is also the response to the support we have received from all our stakeholders during our career. Our main priority is to add value to all our stakeholders through a different corporate culture and environment that motivates and inspires them.

WITH TECH COMMUNITY

We created a startup accelerator called “KrugerLabs” which seeks to promote the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Ecuador. Here we support technology-based ideas, in prototype status, to become them into consolidated companies through: work space in the “Edificio K +” building, ongoing training and workshops, local and international networking access, mentoring, approaching to investors and more.

WITH SOCIETY

We promote social support programs for low-income rural communities in Ecuador. In Kruger, we believe in to be happy and make others happy. Moreover, we collaborate with social impact initiatives of Ecuadorian NGOs like:  FIDAL, in the field of education; TASE, in the field of health and CERES in the field of social responsibility.

WITH EMPLOYEES

Our employees are our main asset. For them, we have developed projects under the Happiness model, to guarantee their happiness at work. Fun and resting spaces, massages room and personal and professional growth programs are the center of our corporate culture.

WITH THE ENVIRONMENT

At Kruger, we guarantee a low environmental impact from our activities, through specific actions. We have 100% equipped offices with domotic system for responsible use of electrical resource. In addition, we consciously manage food waste, reduce the carbon footprint, by using new technological applications for collaborative transport, and we have an internal recycling program.
